Jim Stoppani Transformation Contest FAQS
How do I sign up for a challenge?
Once you are all registered to be a member of the site you will simply register for the challenge and begin your epic transformation. All details are outlined in the program overview (I.E. What kind of training program, how many weeks etc) Also included is a sample diet for you to follow and what supplements to take and when to take them to help you perform your best during the transformation.
Do I have to join by a certain date?
Yes! Each person that would like to enter the challenge will need to do so by the deadline provided before the challenge begins. Registry will be open usually for a month to include as many as our members as possible to join the challenge!
Do I need to post progress pictures?
Yes. After you register, we will need each member entered to take a “Before” photo of yourself with a newspaper or other proof of date for verification. (Men will need to take the picture with shirt removed and briefs/underwear on. Women will need to take photo in under garments to upload to begin challenge) You will also be required to take and upload weekly progress pictures to the site and one last photo revealing your new transformation physique!
What if I miss a photo?
Please email support@jimstoppani.com if you miss a photo and let a member of the JYM Army Service assist you and get your photo added. (Note please do this quickly as we cannot promise we can retroactively add photos missed and this only applies to one week missed not several)
Do I need to complete each workout before submitting the progress photos?
All workouts need to be checked off prior to submitting your weekly progress photo. So be sure to check off each one after completion!
Does my photo Upload Immediately?
After you finish your training week and upload your week end progress photo there may be a few day delay when uploading so if you don’t see it right away not to worry it will upload.
Are there any contest rules?
Every transformation contest does have contest rules this will be found on the signup page and our JYM Army Service team has the rules as well just in case you missed them.
What if I need help or have questions with the program or just need some guidance?
We understand a transformation contest is a big deal and one that can be life changing. The best news is we have a team dedicated to helping and support each member and their goals. Need help, Need advice, Motivation? Let the professionals of the JYM Army Service team help you! They are an email, phone or text away to helping and assisting you! If you are someone who loves a community atmosphere consider joining the JYM Army Facebook page as well. This private community has over 100k like minded members to help and support you! We are a family and want to see each and every one of our members succeed!
Is there anything else I need to know before beginning?
Have fun! Transformation contests are great ways to begin or elevate your fitness level in a low impact environment. You aren’t competing against anyone this is You Vs You. In the end regardless of the outcome you already won! The way you look, feel and the experience you gain from completing something challenging is the ultimate reward. Whether you win the whole thing or just drop a few inches around the waist pat yourself on the back and realize how amazing the accomplishment truly is!!
How Do I take my Progress Photos?
Progress photos must be a relaxed photo of front and back poses seen below. Every week after ALL workouts have been completed you will upload the same pose preferably in the same spot each week with the same lighting.
